Why use the `csv` module instead of constructing CSV strings with f-strings and commas?

• AThe csv module is faster
• BCSV's quoting rules are subtle, fields containing commas, quotes, or newlines need careful escaping that f-strings won't do correctly, leading to broken output that mostly looks fine until it isn't
• Cf-strings can't produce commas
• Dcsv is the only way Excel can read the file
